The Williard Method™ uses Dr. Williard’s Performance Breathwork™, a science-based anatomical and somatic breathing and vocal integration process, to integrate the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of the mind, body, and voice.

The Williard Method™ teaches voice professionals, conscious leaders, and unheard voices how to come into relationship with their breath and body, and how that relationship can grow their self-confidence, vocal presence, and authenticity.

The Williard Method™ offers educational skills, experiential understanding, and a practice of deep embodiment that brings connection, balance and focus to one’s body, voice, and life.
